Remember - the more items you bring the weight on your back get heavier. Pack smart!
- - A camping tent; maximum for 2 people.
- - Sleeping bag
- - Waterproof cover to sleep (this can also be a garbage bag; if needed).
- - Cushion or a mat for sleeping (to lay on under sleeping bag).
Cooking will need something you can boil water in (cup or tin).
- - Aluminum camping cup
- - Plastic spoon/fork; utensils
- -Hydration bladder or camel pack (2 liters filled with water only.
- - 3 powder electrolytes
- -No need to bring food *** unless you are on a restrictive diet prescribed by a doctor, allergy, etc.).
Please do not bring jeans.
- - Hiking pants
- - Swim shorts
- - Long and short sleeve shirts
- - Hat or cap
- - Waterproof jacket (for rainy days)
- - Sunglasses
- - Rag or bandana
- - Sports socks for walking or hiking (approx. 3 pairs)
These are up to you. Make sure to break them in before the hike. No hiking sandals.
